What to expect

  • Audit-proof preparation of payroll accounting (including 3-shift operations in the areas of care and production), taking into account legal and company regulations for a defined area of care, including company pensioners.

  • Close coordination with the human resources departments of the supported subsidiaries in Germany

  • Preparation of employment documents and certificates

  • Close cooperation with health insurance funds and authorities

  • Processing of garnishments

  • Advice and support of employees on remuneration-related issues

  • Reconciliation of accounts and participation in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the financial accounting department

  • Support in wage tax and social security audits

  • Implementation of deferred compensation (direct insurance, bicycle leasing, public transport ticket, etc.)

  • Special tasks / projects in the area of remuneration

What you bring

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk or successfully completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of payroll accounting (preferably from a 3-shift operation)

  • Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as well as solid knowledge of labour law

  • Independent, systematic and very careful way of working

  • High level of service orientation

  • Experienced in the use of payroll accounting software (experience with SAGE HR Suite would be an advantage)

  • Open-mindedness towards current digitization topics and digital processes
