Customer Success & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
Maschinenraum is a 4,500 m² historic industrial building centrally located in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district and at the same time a platform for leading Mittelstand companies and hidden champions to work on sustainability and digital innovations in a practice-oriented manner. Born out of the transformation history of the Viessmann Group, Maschinenraum is also home to the successful Viessmann Ventures such as WATTx, FörderProfi and Viessmann Wärme and offers a neutral platform from Mittelstand for Mittelstand with almost 40 member companies.
Maschinenraum is looking for a Customer Success & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
The Business Development and Customer Success team is the hub for coordinating all engagements between member companies and internal teams. This role is integral to our culture and defines the way we work as Maschinenraum. As part of the team, you will also be a key account manager for our member companies. Here you will help member companies understand and use our offerings and services. You are the central contact person and accompany the company throughout the entire membership. Together with the member companies, you identify points of contact for exchange and co-creation projects.
First point of contact (key account) for member companies
Building personal relationships with existing member companies, identifying needs and collecting feedback and ideas in a structured way.
Identifying support needs and communicating them to relevant internal teams in order to integrate previously unaddressed customer requests
Coordination and preparation of internal and external appointments with our members
Administration of all membership-related issues in the background
Maintenance and administration of our CRM database, as well as internal process optimisation
Project-based work on new Maschinenraum services and taking over their operational implementation (business development)
You are passionate about the vision of Maschinenraum and your strong communication and results-oriented approach helps companies find the right support at Maschinenraum. Your friendly and professional demeanour makes it easy for you to work with a wide range of people. You also have the following qualifications:
Successfully completed studies with a focus on technical, social, legal or economic sciences.
Relevant work experience in account management or similar with a B2B context
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
High design standards and experience in creating executive presentations
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
