Program Manager Leadership & People Development (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Program Manager Leadership & People Development (m/f/d) for Maschinenraum!

Maschinenraum is the shared innovation ecosystem of German Mittelstand and family businesses to better understand and more boldly shape future issues together. Together with its member companies, Maschinenraum systematically drives the transformation of organisations by sharing experience, knowledge, skills and resources. Born out of the transformation experience of the Viessmann Group, Maschinenraum is a neutral platform from the Mittelstand sector with almost 40 family-owned companies.

As Program Manager Leadership & People Development (m/f/d), you plan, develop and implement employee development programs and coaching for our member companies. Together with our member companies, you will continuously identify training needs and create a program that incorporates external inspiration and knowledge as well as the experience of our member companies. You take on the role of a partner at eye level to support our member companies and their employees in their business transformation.

What you do

  • You are the central point of contact for all issues related to training and leadership development, especially for HR partners and our member companies' own academies.

  • You develop and plan training and learning formats, are responsible for their implementation and orchestrate higher-level training programs in the area of digitalisation and business transformation.

  • You build up a strong network of trainers, impulse providers and partners and integrate them into Maschinenraum formats or link them directly with interested companies.

  • You further develop our offerings together with the team and partners in order to adapt them even better to the needs of our member companies.

  • You have a passion for the vision of Maschinenraum and share our interest in strengthening the innovative power of German Mittelstand together.

You are

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in challenging environments such as organisational, human resources or management development, as well as in the development and implementation of modern training and development concepts.

  • You know how large and mature organisations (ideally with medium-sized structures) function and what role cultural change plays in successful corporate transformation.

  • You are enthusiastic about customer centricity, new ways of working and modern employee management and how these can be sustainably anchored in corporate cultures.

  • Ideally, you have a well-maintained network of trainers, coaches or inspiring personalities.

  • You have an authentic and confident presentation style and have excellent communication skills in German and English.

  • You have a Master's degree or comparable university qualification and are an absolute team player.
