Agricultural technology specialist HORSCH becomes part of the Maschinenraum innovation ecosystem

HORSCH, a leading global manufacturer of agricultural equipment, joins Maschinenraum. The innovation ecosystem offers more than 20 family businesses and SMEs a collaborative environment in which to tackle challenges in the context of digital transformation. HORSCH wants to reorient itself primarily in the areas of employee recruitment and employer branding.

Millions of hectares of farmland worldwide are cultivated, tilled and protected year after year with HORSCH solutions and machines. One of the reasons for HORSCH's entrepreneurial success is its constant exchange with customers. "Through on-site discussions in the field, we learn how our machines prove themselves in use and what is particularly important to farmers. We also live this principle internally, involving our employees in all important decision-making and development processes," says Michael Horsch, founder of HORSCH and a farmer. 

Involvement in the innovation ecosystem opens up new perspectives

In order to additionally benefit from the exchange of experience with other family-run or medium-sized companies and to provide impetus itself, HORSCH is becoming part of Maschinenraum. Initiated in 2020, the innovation ecosystem offers member companies the ideal environment to work together on modern challenges.
