ELA Container is on board as the latest Maschinenraum member

The family-owned company ELA Container, a specialist for rooms and buildings made of containers, is becoming part of Maschinenraum. The alliance of more than 40 medium-sized companies as well as university partners and other innovators is working together on the digital transformation of German Mittelstand.  ELA Container wants to use the exchange with other members of the Engine Room to share ideas on how to deal with challenges in leadership, digitalization and process optimization.

Since its foundation in 1972, ELA Container has developed into one of the leading suppliers of high-quality and flexible room modules in Germany within the past 50 years or so - with more than 1,000 employees at 18 locations worldwide. Industry, construction, municipalities and cities, healthcare, logistics and ports - these are just a few of the sectors in which ELA Container has become indispensable. 

ELA founds corporate startup "5ahead"
